Anxiously awaiting a decision for hire...

Dear Lord, I was interviewed on July 28th for a mentoring position that helps children get into happy and healthy foster homes. This is a career in which I've waited and searched so long for. The company informed me their decision would be made early this week and I have not heard from them yet. Please give me the comfort and support I need to ease my mind during this waiting process, and give the company confidence in choosing the right candidate. I know I will not fail them if they choose me. Thank you Lord, Amen.

Dear Friends, I am not sure how to reply to each of you individually, so I hope this works. First of all, I apologize for taking so long to reply. Thank you so very much for your support in prayer. I have been on a much needed vacation. During this time, I received a call from the director of the company I applied to. She said that they were extremely excited about me and my perseverance, diligence and enthusiasm towards getting the position. She cannot give me a decision however, until the board approves their hire. I hope this is a sign that our prayers are being answered. It would mean the world to me if they chose me for the position because I know I can make a difference. I'm still anxiously waiting! On a brighter note, I am now engaged!! I thank God for him every day. ~Allyson

Father God, help Al with her career goal. Guide her to her destination. When she reaches it Lord allow her to be surrounded with positive people that will help her even further benefit the children! God, I know you will help her! In Jesus' name... AMEN!

Father I just pray for Al that you would give him the KNOWING..that whatever the outcome ...it is your plans for him. If its your plan/will for him to have this job then we know you will cause the "important person" to hire them! Father you are in control and i pray that Al will have that peace that comes from surrender and knowing you are in control and you have the best plans for him.
